       Good afternoon. The Indonesian Environment Minister Gusti Mohammad Hatta in Brebes, Central Java on Saturday, said at least seven companies which are operating over several areas in Indonesia will soon be taken into court for industrial waste processing violations.
       Those seven companies are comprised of five companies operating in the field of fish processing, while the other two are mining companies. Those companies have been in the black lists twice, so this year the Ministry of Environment will take them to the court instead for waste processing law violations.

JAKARTA: The National Defence Forces (TNI) is making an effort to help evacuate 19 Indonesian citizens from war-torn Libya, reports Indonesia’s news agency Antara quoting TNI Chief Admiral Agus Suhartono.
       “We are trying to help the evacuation of 19 Indonesian citizens,” he said at the TNI headquarters in Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Thursday.
       The TNI chief said the task force set up in February 2011 was still trying to evacuate the Indonesian citizens after they refused to leave Libya in the same month on the grounds that the security conditions were still unfavorable, he said.
Agus said TNI has been coordinating with the Foreign Ministry and the task force in the evacuation effort.
       It is reported that security conditions in Libya remain uncertain particularly after rebels continue their battle for full control of the Libyan capital Tripoli.
       On Aug 22, the Geneva-based International Organization for Migration (IOM) said a ship had been sent to evacuate around 300 foreign nationals from the North African country. Some of them left the country on Thursday. More than 200 foreign workers were evacuated on Thursday on the first IOM boat to dock in war-torn.

       A new malnutrition case has been found in Makassar, giving a slap in the face of the province which is widely known as one of the country’s major rice suppliers.
       Jamal, 9, has been treated at the Jala Ammari Navy Hospital in the provincial capital since
Thursday last week for marasmus. He weighs only 10 kilograms and is suffering from bronchitis and worm.
       The Director of the hospital Pudji Widodo said on Tuesday that Jamal, who lives with his poor mother on Jalan Barukang, was referred to the hospital from Pattingalloang community health center.
       “When he was admitted to the hospital, he was very weak. He was not only very thin, but he was too weak to sit down,” Pudji said.
       The hospital’s nutritionist who treats Jamal, Cheerie Wulur, said her medical team would focus on healing her patient’s bronchitis.
       “After he recovers from bronchitis, we will help him gain weight and recover from other illnesses. For the time being we also provide him with high calorie and high protein food,” she said.
       She added that the severe malnutrition had caused permanent damage to her patient’s brain and would slow his physical growth.
       For the information, Makassar is one of a few regions in the country that have introduced free healthcare for the poor in the last few years.
